GENERAL PROVISIONS

These pricing policies define the financial and contractual conditions applicable to all Club members.
Membership subscription implies full and complete acceptance of these provisions.

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE FEES

MONTHLY FEE
• Price: €195 including VAT per month
• Payment method: mandatory monthly direct debit
• Conditions: unlimited access to facilities. Initial firm commitment of twelve (12) months, tacitly renewable at the end of this period.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE
• Price : €2,200 including VAT per year
• Payment method: full payment upon subscription
• Conditions: unlimited access to facilities for twelve (12) months from the activation date
• Annual membership is not automatically renewed, except at the express request of the member.

ENTRANCE FEE
Membership in the Club includes an entrance fee of €300 including VAT, payable in a single installment.
To guarantee a unique experience for our members and preserve the spirit of the Club,
the number of places is intentionally limited.

FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP FEE
- Price : €280 including VAT per month
- Payment method: mandatory monthly direct debit
- Conditions: no commitment. Limited access to classes. Cancellation may occur at any time.
However, any month started is due in full, even in the event of cancellation mid-month. -Entry fees
are waived for all subscriptions to this plan.

SERVICES INCLUDED FOR MONTHLY/ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS

Unlimited Spa

Access Membership provides permanent access to the wellness area, including: sauna, hot tub (40 degrees),
cold plunge pools (12 degrees and 4 degrees) and relaxation areas.

Unlimited Cardio & Fitness

Area Unrestricted access to cardio equipment, weight training machines, functional training areas and mobility areas.

Unlimited Group Classes

Free participation in all group classes offered by the Club (yoga, HIIT, mobility, strength training, etc.),
upon reservation and subject to availability.

Complimentary Initial Assessment Session

Upon signing up for any membership, each member benefits from a complimentary
initial assessment session with one of our specialized coaches.

SERVICES INCLUDED FOR NO-COMMITMENT MEMBERSHIP

Unlimited Spa Access

Membership provides permanent access to the wellness area, including: sauna, hot tub (40 degrees),
cold plunge pools Cold (12 degrees and 4 degrees) and relaxation areas.

Unlimited Cardio & Fitness Area

Unrestricted access to cardio equipment, weight training machines, functional training areas, and mobility spaces.

Limited Access Group Classes

Participation is limited to all group classes offered by the Club, subject to reservation and availability.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN MEMBERSHIP FEES

Private Coaching

Individual coaching sessions (personal training) are not included in the membership fee.
Rates vary depending on the duration and objectives. A personalized quote can be provided.

TERM OF COMMITMENT

The monthly membership fee is subject to a minimum contractual commitment of twelve (12) consecutive months.

During this period :

• No cancellation without a legitimate reason will be accepted.
• The member remains liable for all monthly payments due until the end of the minimum commitment period.

Beyond the commitment period :

• Monthly membership continues by tacit renewal.
• The member may cancel with notice, according to the terms set out in the article below.

TERMINATION CONDITIONS

Early Termination (before the end of the 12 months) Early termination is only permitted in
the event of a duly justified legitimate reason, including :

• Permanent medical incapacity preventing participation in sports (medical certificate required)
• Permanent relocation more than 30 km from the Club (proof of residence required)
• Exceptional professional situation: transfer, job loss (supporting documents required) In these situations,
only the monthly payments due on the date of receipt of the request remain payable.

Termination after the commitment period
• Notice period required: thirty (30) calendar days
• The request must be made in writing (email or registered letter)
• Membership fees already collected are non-refundable under any circumstances

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Monthly payments are made exclusively by direct debit
• Annual payments are made by credit card or bank transfer
• Any payment default or delay may result in the immediate suspension of Club access until the outstanding amount is settled
