Article 1 – Presentation
Athletic and Bath Club is a private sports and wellness club, located at 28 rue Mably, 33000 Bordeaux.
These articles govern the conditions of access and use of the facilities.
Article 2 – Access to the Club
2.1 – Opening Hours
The opening hours are as follows:
- Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Athletic and Bath Club also reserves the right to close the establishment for up to
one week per year for maintenance, without affecting the duration of memberships.
2.2 – Membership Application
Athletic and Bath Club is a private establishment with a deliberately limited number of members to maintain
optimal service quality.
The maximum capacity is set freely by Management based on attendance.
2.3 – Admission Decision
The Club selects its members according to demanding criteria to maintain a harmonious and respectful environment.
As the selection process can be lengthy and the number of members limited, processing an application
may take several days.
If the maximum number of subscribers is reached, an accepted candidate may be placed on a waiting list.
In case of rejection, the application is returned. If the application is accepted, the signing of a membership
agreement formalizes membership.
2.4 – Personal Nature of Membership
Each membership is strictly personal. It may not be transferred, loaned, or given away, whether for payment or free of charge,
to a third party.
Article 3 – Security and Video Surveillance
To guarantee everyone's safety, the Club's interior spaces (excluding changing rooms) are under continuous video surveillance,
7 days a week.
The Club may reinforce this system without prior notice to members.
Members must take care of their personal belongings: valuables must be deposited in a safe provided for this purpose.
The Club cannot be held liable in the event of loss or theft resulting from a member's negligence.
Article 4 – Member Commitments
4.1 – Medical Certificate
The member agrees to provide a medical certificate less than fifteen (15) days old attesting
to their fitness for sports activities, within eight (8) days of the start or renewal of their membership.
Failing this, they attest that their state of health allows them to practice sports and that they do not suffer
from any incompatible pathology. Any change concerning their state of health must be communicated to the Management.
In case of non-compliance, the Club cannot be held liable, and termination may be pronounced
according to the terms of Article 5.
4.2 – Compliance with regulations and conduct.
Membership implies full and complete acceptance of these regulations and the instructions posted in the Club.
The Club may modify the regulations at any time; these changes will be communicated to the members.
Each member must adopt courteous, respectful behavior in accordance with the values of the establishment.
Specifically prohibited are:
• aggressive, inappropriate, or immoral behavior,
• the use or distribution of performance-enhancing substances,
• any paid activity within the Club premises,
• any disparaging remarks about the Club, its teams, or its partners.
4.4 – Hygiene and Safety
Hygiene and safety rules must be strictly observed:
– smoking, bringing animals, or alcoholic beverages is prohibited;
– appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn;
– a towel must be used systematically on fitness equipment, exercise mats, and when using the sauna;
– shoes are prohibited in the spa; a shower is mandatory before entering the spa;
– lockers must be emptied after each session;
The Club may open any locker for security, maintenance, or upkeep reasons;
Violation of these rules may result in termination of the membership;
Article 5 – Liability
Any damage caused to the Club's facilities, equipment, or linens will be charged to the responsible member.

For any complaint, members are invited to contact the Management via the following address.
Article 7 – Personal Data:
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés),
each member has the right to access, rectify, and object to their personal data,
upon simple written request addressed to the Club.
